We're only happy when you're satisfied.

If you're not 100% satisfied with the purchase, please let us let us know. You're given 60 days from your purchase to investigate the product and make the conclusions you want to draw. We hope that you'll be one of our hundreds of customers who call us to tell us about the pleasure of their experiences with us.

Be aware that we suggest using SEPTIFIX for a minimum of two months to see the incredible outcomes on your tank! We also recommend that you use at least three tabs when the first time using our tablets.

Take a moment to think about it .... Our tablets have been tested scientifically and have proven to work! But you need to allow enough time to allow the live bacteria that reside in our tablets to work their work...

If you're not happy with the purchase, you are able to get your money back!

It's our obligation to ensure that you are happy with the decision you made and stand by you throughout our journey together, no matter where it leads.

Be aware that we don't accept return shipping charges and we'll subtract the cost of shipping and handling from the amount you're credited.

The purchase of any online product is refundable within 60 days of the purchase.


For a refund to be granted to receive a refund, you must return all of your SEPTIFIX boxes (even empty or used) back to us at the address below: Amazon.com Services, Inc. 10240 Old Dowd Rd, Charlotte, NC 28214-8082, US (CLT2) (CLT2) we cannot refund the boxes that you have not received!

In order to get a refund, you must:

Contact our support team by emailing support@septifix.com along with your complete name and contact number, email address Clickbank electronic invoice and the order number.
